ENHANCING MALE SEXUAL PERFORMANCE

However,not only animal products are effective for enhancing sexual performance in males. Food such as Beans,Soy products,Almonds,Walnuts,Oats are known to enhance the production of nitric oxide in the body.This chemical which also contains amino acids is released in small amounts and vital to both healthy blood vessels and the ability to get an erection. Also,fruits and vegetables which are known to be sources of bioflavonoids perform the tasks of antioxidants to fight against pollutants in the body such as cigarette smokes and pesticides.Research has shown that natural antioxidants are healthier for keeping the heart in a good condition.Berries,Sunflower seeds,Pomegranates,Ginger,Citrus fruits,Beans, Kale,Red cabbage,Artichoke,Brussels sprouts,Spinach,Garlic are some of the foods that can help build up your antioxidant level.

Anthocyanidins found in berries, cherries, grapes, fruit skins and true fruit juices
Catechins found in true teas (not herbal teas)
