This subject no doubt has caused a lot of stir in society with most people seeing it as some sort of a taboo for an older woman to date or even marry a younger man. Since men have been dating younger women for ages, one marvels at the double standard at which society operates even though the cry for gender equality has never been louder as it were today.
Definitely women are feeling more empowered,younger and more vital than they have ever been and they desire to live it in every area of their lives including the bedroom.While sex is a part of the reason women choose younger men, it's not the whole reason. Women have made their marks in every area of human endeavor and in some cases much more than their male counterparts and thus do not want to be given status by a man. Older women desire fun and romance that in most cases they don't get from the older men. It is wrong to therefore assume that older women seek younger men for purely sexual reasons because the relationship between a younger man and an older woman is likely to last for reasons that go beyond their daily sex life such as compatibility in goals,ideas,reasoning and level of maturity.
Some other benefits older women consider before dating younger men are the facts that younger men do not bring issues such as an ex-wife or kids that she has to deal with,they are usually more willing to learn and this makes the woman feels she has someone who appreciates the value of her life experience and are often more attractive, With great stamina in the bedroom to match up with her needs.
This days women know they don't need a man who is more educated and makes more money to take care of all their needs because they are self sufficient. Older women are more concerned with what is the right type of guy for them and this means they are not restricted by the old boundaries of age difference. The bottom line for her is finding happiness even in places she least expect it.
